Refund and Cancellation Policy
At Elita Business Consulting, we are committed to delivering high-level corporate strategy and success amplification. To maintain professional clarity for our global partners, we adhere to the following policy regarding the cancellation of services and refund of associated fees.
Refund Eligibility
Due to the specialized nature of strategic consulting, fees for completed advisory sessions and delivered research materials are non-refundable. Deposits for long-term engagements may be eligible for a partial refund if work has not yet transitioned into the implementation phase. All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness and professional integrity.
Cancellation Procedure
Clients wishing to cancel or reschedule a strategic consultation must provide a minimum of 48 hours' notice. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to your dedicated consulting lead. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee equivalent to the scheduled session's value.
